Program Associate
We are looking to hire a Program Associate to join the Saturday Art Class team, who will work as a art facilitator in our model school to help us in enhancing and capturing the creative and SEL outcomes for children across Early Childhood Education & Grades 1-8.
Will also be working with BMC stakeholders such as principals and educators to ensure our visual arts curriculum is effectively implemented across Grades 1-5. Will be responsible for visiting classrooms regularly, capturing data, and providing on-ground support to the BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) educators in the schools assigned to them to ensure the successful implementation of the BMC-aligned Saturday Art Class Curriculum.

Product Sr Associate
Our Product Sr. Associate will work with the WhatsApp Bot Team of Saturday Art Class and will report to the Research and Impact Manager. This includes working and managing our WhatsApp bot Art Connect, a tool used by our educators where they receive Art Class Plans, art resources and best facilitation practices that help build essential skills for thriving for students from Early Childhood Education to Grade-8. We collect real time data and insights from the bot regularly to inform the effectiveness of our program.

People & Founders Office Sr. Associate
As a People & Founders Office Sr. Associate, you will lead efforts in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and
compliance. You’ll organize team retreats, refine systems like performance appraisals and policies, and foster a positive workplace culture. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in supporting the leadership team by optimizing operations and providing strategic and administrative support for their day-to-day needs.

Training Associate
As a Training Associate, you will work with educators and other stakeholders to enhance awareness, compassion, and creative outcomes for students across Nursery to Grade 8 to bring about a change in their personal, and interpersonal lives along with making a community impact. The Training Associate will work directly with the Training Senior Associate to capture data and build and provide training to all partner organizations to ensure the successful implementation of the Saturday Art Class Curriculum.
